The Encore ESP is built around espresso and uses numbered settings you change by turning the hopper. The Opus 2 uses larger burrs, a stepless dial and a smaller single-dose bin, and Fellow positions it for everything from espresso to cold brew. Choose the Encore ESP for a simple espresso grinder. Choose the Opus 2 if you also make filter coffee or want stepless adjustment.
