Every ReviewYard article follows the same research process.
- Identify the exact product. We confirm the model name, revision and US availability.
- Read primary sources. Specifications, manuals and warranty terms come from the manufacturer.
- Weigh independent reporting. We read third-party reviews and owner feedback, and attribute what we cite.
- Work out the real cost. We note what else you need, such as a grinder, a tamper or a milk jug.
- Write for the buyer. Each article says who the product suits, who should skip it, and what the alternatives are.
What research-based means
Pages labeled Research-Based Review summarize and evaluate published information. They are not hands-on lab tests, and we say so on the page.
